Precious metal mining company; operated in Manhattan Mining District (Nye County), the Platinum Mining District (Humboldt County), and other areas of Nevada; incorporated 1927 as successor to the Myra Divide Mining Company. Correspondence regarding the sale and transfer of stock; stock certificates; a report (1924) by George H. Garrey on properties near Hamilton, White Pine County, Nevada; and a prospectus (1931) containing reports by C. A. Liddell and Harry L. Huston on various properties of the Virginia City, Nevada-based (and then, San Rafael, California-based) mining firm. Incorporated in 1927 as a successor to the Myra Divide Mining Company (for which some records are included), the firm's claims were located in the Manhattan Mining District, Nye County; the Platinum Mining District, Humboldt County; and other areas of Nevada.
